Repro steps:

  1. Goto this and see the file is missing https://github.com/MicrosoftLearning/mslearn-ai-fundamentals/blob/84a8e1f858cf4a8ad8720329bfe4c619d3390a2e/Instructions/Labs/media/document-intelligence/northwind-receipt.jpg

please add this file back its of 0 kb as of now

I think the below should be added , as i currently still ssee the same problem @ this link

we should take the image from here and upload it

The update was made, but it looks like the auto-publish to GitHub pages failed. I just re-ran it and the image is there now.
