Clarification Needed for Azure AI Service Options in Lab Instructions in "Create a Language Understanding model lab" #55

According to the instructions provided in the lab "Create a Language Understanding model lab", we need to create an Azure AI service. However, there are two options that come up under Azure AI services, which is causing some confusion. To remove this conflict, it would be great to add an icon or some other form of visual distinction to clearly differentiate between the two options.

I'm unclear which lab you mean - the conversational language understanding lab (lab 3) instructs you to create a language resource, not an AI Services resource. could you link directly to where you were seeing this?
