In the current Fabric UI, the instructions on Step 4 are done within a section of the "Choose Data Source" panel. The "Connect to data source" panel is used later. Please align the instructions accordingly.

The reference in the instructions is to the pane title where you set the connection settings. As you can see in the screenshot, the pane title for the connection settings already is Connect to data source instead of Choose data source.
