Align lab titles in Markdown metadata to match lab heading #177

Please update the 2 entries to match for all the labs.

They already match 100% in most labs, however, there is an inconsistency with a few labs that's causing a bit of a confusion. This change will also ensure the names in GitHub Pages (https://microsoftlearning.github.io/mslearn-fabric/) are consistent. Thank you.
