Fabric updates impacting "Analyze data in a data warehouse" lab #189

There are some changes that impact the "Define a data model" section, including:

The Model option is now accessible in a different way in the UI
There are 4 system tables that are present in the default semantic model

There may be additional updates to sync into the same section. Please review end-to-end and update as needed.

Please also sync the same Fabric changes to other impacted labs. They are the latter labs in this lab series, the ones that focus on semantic modeling.
