I added a step in the instructions for creating the Azure OpenAI resource. During my courses many students (especially those who are not experts in the Azure portal) have asked me how to proceed after setting the Azure Open AI resource information in the first tab to create the resource itself. With this step it should be clear what to do.

A specified prereq of these exercises is familiarity with Azure and creating resources, so if settings aren't defined defaults are always used. We try not to be too prescriptive in our directions, expecting the learners to know or figure out things (like clicking next through the rest of the portal windows).
