Desktop app always crush for no reasons #122

Hi, I found that I could not open the app on my desktop anymore this week. Every time I opened it, with no other operations, the app would exit itself within 10 seconds. The re-installation did not solve the problem. Then I changed three computers, and the same thing happened to two of them however one works fine. any ideas? Thanks very much for your time.

I encountered the same problem in Windows Server 2012
