Adding 'office' to references

DocumentTranslator by default links to Microsoft.Office.Core which is included with Microsoft Office. Microsoft also provides a similar library in the Office/SharePoint development resource that is available in the Visual Studio Installer.

With this change, users that don't have Microsoft Office can still build DocumentTranslator.

I did not remove the link to Microsoft.Office.Core. If someone has Microsoft Office, then they don't need to install the Office/SharePoint library.

But I don't know what will happen if they have both the Core and SharePoint libraries installed. I'm unable to test this on my machine.
