Description

Converts Anavrin to a PWA using next-pwa. Update Nextjs, React and peer dependencies.

add icons for PWA.
add next config for PWA support and update manifest file to show icons.
update .gitignore to ignore PWA build time files.
move meta tags and links to _app.js instead of document.js page.
add offline support.
