Suppliers: Can't edit category #937

Steps:

  1. Go to supplier with category Other
  2. Change to Moving
  3. Save. see happy message
  4. Refresh
  5. See old value

Example, supplier_id 039075817 in production.

Looks like it's caused by #938. There is no "moving" category on the prod (/staging) db.
