Since/מאז displays - "Invalid Date" #985

Overview of the problem

Under camp editing - since/מאז displays Invalid date instead of date string.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to camp editing.

    Expected behavior

    Should display date string

    Actual behavior

    Displays Invalid date

Fixed via #997
