FoA Dwarves (IA) not claiming Erebor #45

Every time I have played as a non dwarf character, I have never seen dwarves conquering Erebor. It is de jure part of Durin's Folk, yet the king of Durin's Folk doesn't move.

We should add en event to insure the IA does, if not the History is broken for that part. Before going into some bigger work I intend to add a strong claim upon erebor to the king of Durins Folk and to the king of iron Hills, just to see if it makes them claim it. If yes, I'll remove one claim. If no, we'll need a n event. This might also allow to see it the IA launches the event to found Erebor. If not, That should be added to the event.

Ok for me. Maybe can we improve this by better events : a decision/event could allow a dwarf ruler to search after new mountains to settle in, and then have a chance to find and claim Erebor?

I would keep it simple, this is for the IA and we want it to build Erebor for the immersion. From what I read Erebor was known but used as a minor settlement for a while.
