• Replaced scipy.integrate.cumtrapz (deprecated) with scipy.integrate.culmulative_trapezoid in endaq.calc.integrate.
• datetime.datetime.utcfromtimestamp was deprecated in Python 3.12. Instances of datetime.datetime.utcfromtimestamp(ts) with a given timestamp ts was replaced with datetime.datetime.timestamp(ts, tz=datetime.timezone.utc) for a couple endaq methods in endaq.ide
• Upgraded ipython to 3.10 and sphinx>=5.0.2
