Groove Radar Display update

• adds "skeletons" inside the radar actor
• custom radar data array uses a new format. The new format prevents returning the same values for a song in different song groups. If no custom radar data was loaded, SM radar values are still used.

To create custom radar data (DDR A-like), download this below, extract the contents to your StepMania/Songs folder. You need to have Strawberry Perl installed first in order for this to work. Then open the bat file. This will produce "ddr_groove_data.lua" and move that file to your SM5/Themes/_fallback/Scripts folder

I am not interested in implementing this because 5.3 makes it unnecessary.

Yeah, just what I thought and I already closed it prior. I will make it as just a 3rd-party feature that everyone can use if they find it interesting.
