Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This request is not related to a problem. Just an enhancement.

In DDR you can choose BORDER or CENTER for guidelines. I think this would be a cool feature to be implemented into a StepMania theme.

I have been working on trying to get this implemented but I need to study how Outfox's beat bars work. Since they're embedded into the notefield, I can't just shift the entire thing or the entire player's play field will move.
