Add an option to replace all jackets with banners in loading screens and evaluation screens. I notice when I pick a choose the wheel song wheel option it shows a banner and a jacket. I would like it to show a banner only since it's supposed to replicate the DDR 5thMIX - DDR X UI song wheel. And I think the song wheel wheel should only show banners because having banners right next to jackets doesn't make sense and it is like two themes at once #67
