Have the bot post new issues/pull requests in formatted messages to the appropriate discord channel #22

Description

Allow for visibility to all members and contributors to the status updates and issues in each project from discord instead of having to navigate each projects github pages.

Acceptance Criteria

Messages send automatically on pull merge completion, comment, new issue, issue completed, new release, milestones, etc.

I just realized you had an issue open for this! We have a channel in discord only shown to those with the "Community Dev" role I'll add you to it :+1:

Oh wait, you already have the role. There is a webhook setup in the github text channel, and should contain all updates from across the GitHub organization. Is this what were are referring to?
