Our current site was designed many years ago now. It's time to modernize a bit. This ticket is to foster discussion on technologies and change proposals.
Key points:
Switch to bootstrap for CSS.
Mobile friendly (current site is pretty bad on mobile even with tweaks)
Revisit the static nature of the site. It made sense at the time.
Change how we handle documentation so we can format it in multiple ways!
Revisit man page generation
Probably keep the current color scheme.
