Weaponized Subsidurial mission description missing payment amount #14

In /data/drak midnight/Lifeforms Indigenous.txt, the "Weaponized Subsidurial Bounty" is missing angle brackets around "Payment is ." In-game, it doesn't show the actual numerical value for the payment.
