Resistances for weapons / armor not always applied #20

Resistances on shields do not apply to all attacks, currently only blocked attacks. Which makes some elemental resistances less useful.

Change this to having the equipped weapon apply a resistance to the character all of the time its equipped.

This is resolved in 1.6.0
