Use GPS for arrival times/notification #8

Currently arrival time is based on set coordinates - update it to use current GPS coordinates and trigger notifications instead of using IFTTT location triggers.

Some problems could occur - GPS won't update if phone doesn't have signal, or depending upon OwnTracks tracking setting. Also doesn't update if on home wifi (which isn't a big deal, except when arriving home) or if HA isn't reachable via internet....
