[Bug] Escape key eaten by Mappy Fate/Quest Windows that were closed with hotkey #136

Steps:

  1. Open Mappy
  2. Open Mappy Quest or Fate window
  3. Make sure Quest or Fate window has focus
  4. Press Hotkey to close Mappy
  5. Try to open FFXIV Escape menu

Actual: The system menu does not open.

Expected: The system menu should open.
