As an admin, I can view and respond to customer inquiries so that I can provide customer support
the admin panel displays a list of all submitted contact form messages
an admin can mark messages as read/unread and assign status (e.g. pending, in progress, resolved)
an admin can send responses directly through the admin panel
The first criteria is met, due to time issues, the other criterias will be a future feature.
