SUBTLETY - mission styling / background images #3

good start styling the mission section. the image that you currently have placed in the html, is probably better suited as a background image defined in the css. this way, the image is used more as a wallpaper for this section, and the content can go right on top like in the example.

When I tried to do a background image, I had problems changing the dimensions so I was stuck using the html to change the width.
