Fix "Elven Rage" specialization to work for all Sylvan creatures #43

"Elven Rage" specialization is currently working only on Sylvan T2, T3 and T4 for their basic and first upgrade creatures but not for the alternative upgrade.

This feature will be changed to "Elven Rage" specialization working for all Sylvan units.
