retrieving less columns in spreadsheet sample #624

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run Spreadsheet sample
2. [Cell Feed] tab shows less -1 columns than it should be

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- first column doesn't show up

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- r1134 / vista

The sample works as expected, the first column in the form is used to hold a 
numeric id while the other columns are shifted by one
