Remove DocBook #162

As for #161, the rationale is to reduce the burden on Diffuse maintenance/translations.

I don't think DocBook are interesting enough compared to the work it asks for their maintenance. Good man pages are by far more interesting IMHO.

I need to rethink that. I thought DocBook was only there to generate the GNOME, HTML and PDF documentations, but it is also used to generate the man pages, which doesn't seem easy to edit manually TBH. So I will probably keep the DocBook so that I can easily generate the man pages.
