Clarify HTTP to HTTPS 301 redirects #49

To replicate, go to http://www.americinn.com. The HTTP site will redirect you to HTTPS. Then run full report in MightyTracker. At the top, Full Report will show a 301 redirect from www.americinn.com/ to www.americinn.com/ ... what is NOT shown is that this is an HTTP => HTTPS redirect. Would perhaps be more intuitive to see HTTP/HTTPS status of the URL(s) at the top of the Full Report.
