Opportunities section #93

I think they should be listed out in an order instead of displaying the opportunities in card format. I have made something like this before - https://saishreekouda.github.io/Hackout-2022/opportunities.html. I think this would be more appropriate and organised for the opportunities section. I would like to work on this under jwoc

@Saishreekouda you are good to go. Make sure you make the css different from as shown in the above website. Based on that the level will be upgraded. Share a preview in the form of a screenshot/video of the changes made while making a PR.
