feat: Read values from .env #18

if .env is present, read all values and prompt for missing env vars
updated readme
include example for .env file
add godotenv
update .gitignore to be more comprehensive

Hey @pythoninthegrass thanks for making this PR. I don't want to be a bummer, but I'll close this as I will move ahead with the idea of flags and globalconfig instead. I think it's a lot cleaner as discussed elsewhere.
