Network floppy uncraftable #3276

On my computer i am trying to use the ping command, but it says i need a network floppy, which doesn't have an accurate crafting recipe!

use the oc scrench to cycle through any loot disk

confirmed: you can cycle all the disks with any disc (e.g. openos) and the scrench
