1.19.2 - When energy is turned off - Scanner is still using energy

Set my scanner to not use any energy at all, when scanning scanner will scan for a while and then eventually say not enough energy

I have even changed the config on my server aswell, still the exact same problem

Cannot reproduce. Please make sure you disable energy use on the server/in the common config.
