Locks on bottom modules are backwards #63

At least on TIS-3D-MC1.10.2-1.2.0.18. Eg, put an RNG module on the north side, a sound module on the west side, and lock input to the sound module on the southern side. This silences it even though the wrong side has been locked.

Whoops, looks like that flippery was there for a while and just worked around in the previously relevant places (previous to locking I mean). Thanks for reporting this, fixed it at the root now!
