gff files #20

GFF files are not present in the analysis directory

I have tried placing the gff files in different location Is there specified way to keep the input files? Where should the input files should be kept?

GFF files should be in the same directory from which the tool is run. If problem persists, feel free to write me an e-mail migle.gabrielaite@gmail.com with more details, I will have a look at it.
