GitHub repository not available #9

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to https://github.com/bitstorm/Wicket-tutorial-examples
2. Be unhappy about 404 message
3. Go to 1

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the GitHub Repository for the Tutorial Examples. I got a 404.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Uhm... Irrelevant.

Please provide any additional information below.
This is annoying. :-(

Well...can you try again? It may be a temporary GitHub outage. Now it seems to
work fine.

Still doesn't work for me. I always get the "This is not the web page you are
looking for" Star Wars reference. Also, searching for "bitstorm" or "wicket
tutorial examples" on GitHub won't find the project. And just for good measure,
I tried "https://github.com/bitstorm/" - 404 all the way.

I'm trying this from Germany (with two different devices on two different
internet connections), maybe it's a localized problem?

Mmmm..can you access other GitHub projects like for example
https://github.com/apache/wicket ?
I don't have a clue about the reason for this problem...

Other github repos are working well.

I agree, the wicket GitHub repo loads without problems but the tutorial
examples still don't. Maybe check in the project settings, is it a private
project by any chance? Mind you, I don't know why "github.com/bitstorm"
wouldn't work then...

You are right guys. If I'm not loged in I also have problem accessing it.
However the repo is public so it's quite weird. I've mailed GitHub stuff to
report the problem. Let's see what they say.

PS: thank you all for having notified the problem!

Yes, GitHub has answered me saying that my account was flagged as spam by
mistake :)
