Doesn't obey custom install path #849

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run installer
2. Change install path, in my case to D:\APM Planner
3. Software is still installed in C:\Program Files (x86)\APM Planner

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should be installed under custom path entered during install

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 x64 SP1

Please provide any additional information below.
