v2.70 log files won't download using 1.2.35 mission planner #879

Logs visible on the CLI cannot be downloaded using the mission planner

v2.70 firmware installed on ArduPilot 2.5
mission planer 1.2.35 installed on windows 7 computer
connect usb cable to ArduPilot
Enable logging of the following messages using the CLI in the mission planner.
ATTITUDE_MED GPS CTUN NTUN MODE and CMD
disconect usb cable
Generate logs (go fly)
Connect usb cable and select Log Download on mission planner.
No logs are detected.
Use the CLI logs command and verify the presence of logs using the CLI.

Getting the following in the CLI window in "Download logs"

Init ArduPlane V2.70

Free RAM:2894
load?ne V2.70]

Also getting this problem, logs are accessible through CLI but not through the 
download logs window

Have the exact same problem, just had a crash, would like to know why my plane 
flipped upside-down in manual on takeoff with no control.
