Spectrum +3 config file invalid #10

TECF won't load the TE_SPEC.CF file, (guessing) as the screen columns value of 51 is lower than CF_MIN_COLS which is 64.

You're right, fixed with commit b76becd5d2121d57320a12ff8bb6f7efbcd1391e.
