Support Cake 3.0 #105

I'm not exactly sure whether to update or not as there is nothing important for it in 3.0. AFAIK that is. Is there any good argument for it? (except for warnings annoyance)

Just to get rid of the warnings annoyance

@MihaMarkic please accept this update as it drops the out of support frameworks and gets rid of the annoying warnings! 🙏

FWIW, I would also bump the major version of Cake.Docker.
