REGIE PREZENTARE GENERALA Campusul Regie, cel mai mare din Bucuresti, este alcatuit din 33 de camine, dintre care 6 apartin Universitatii din Bucuresti (numite U-uri), iar restul, Universitatii Politehnica (numite P-uri). Ea este privită mai mult ca un cartier decât un campus studenţesc peste tot pe unde este menţionată. Regia este situată în partea de vest a Bucureştiului, de-a lungul râului Dâmboviţa, începând din zona pasajului Basarab (Orhideea) şi până vis-a-vis de staţia de metrou Petrache Poenaru, undeva între Universitatea Politehnică din Bucureşti şi cartierul Crângaşi. Mai jos aveţi o localizare mai precisa pe hărţile celor de la Google maps. Harta Regie: Parcarea din Regie: Este o zonă nu foarte aglomerată, cu viaţă de noapte destul de intensă, nu foarte gălăgioasă şi totodată contribuind din plin la dezvoltarea vieţii studenţeşti. Pe scurt, are de toate pentru toţi: puburi, fast-fooduri, cluburi, cafenele, terase, departament de politie, bancomate, cabinet medical, frizerii, supermarket-uri şi nu în ultmul rând cămine. CAMINE Căminele sunt în număr de 27, cele ce aparţin Politehnicii şi încă 6, U-urile (U1-U6), ce aparţin celor de la facultatea de medicină Carol Davilla. Nu au o aşezare anume (strategică sau chestii), sunt împrăştiate în tot campusul studenţesc. Fiecare cămin are 5 etaje, fără lift, sunt izolate cu polistiren, sunt vopsite în 2 culori (roşu cărămiziu şi alb rozaliu) şi au geamuri termopane la fiecare cameră. Căminele de la P1 la P11 au camere cu câte 4 locuri şi grup sanitar propriu (adică au baie la fiecare cameră). De asemenea au şi un mic hol la intrarea în camera (denumit modul) Căminele P13,P14,P17 şi P18 au camere cu câte 4 locuri, la fel cu cele enumerate mai sus doar că grupul sanitar se află la capătul holului. Nu au modul. Căminele P15, P16 şi de la P21 la P27 au camere cu câte 2 locuri cu grup sanitar la capătul holului. Camerele nu contin modul. Căminele P12 şi P19 sunt o oarecare excepţie. Acestea sunt destinate studenţilor familişti, studenţilor străini şi cadrelor didactice venite din alte zone ale ţării. Camerele au 2 locuri, modul şi grup sanitar propriu. P19 are şi aer condiţionat la fiecare camera în parte. Toate căminele au de asemenea un punct de securitate unde de obicei stau 1-2 gardieni sau în unele cazuri şi mai mulţi care asigură linistea zonei şi siguranţa studenţilor. Se poate locui si pe perioada verii in camine (daca esti student desigur) cu o taxa de 10 lei pe zi (marita de la aprox 4-5 lei pe zi in timpul anului). Caminele se platesc in spate la P6.

Shop-uri şi Non-stop-uri În toată regia sunt 3 magazine, micuţe ce-i drept, dar cu o diversitate medie de produse pe raft. Adică găsiţi ceva ce aţi putea avea nevoie. Se comercializează alimente în general. Oricum sunt destul de măricele preţurile, la unele produse aproape dublu faţă de un preţ pe care tu l-ai putea considera normal. Unul din magazine e Florady, cel din spate de la P7, exact pe colţ, unul se afla lângă P17, iar al 3-lea se găseşte în gangul de la P4. Toate aceste magazine au program non-stop.

Cluburi, restaurante şi cafenele Mai jos v-am lăsat o harta a regiei conţinând toate restaurantele, cafenelele şi cluburile din Regie numerotate cu numere de la 1 la 15. 1 Club 21 http://www.club-21.ro Cum era de asteptat, meniul este studentesc. Adica ieftin si foarte satios. O salata costa in medie 10 lei, iar pentru o pizza trebuie sa scoti din buzunar cam 12-13 lei. Ai de ales dintre 8 tipuri de salate, dintre care noua ne-a placut mult cea mexicana. Daca vorbim de bere, cea mai ieftina costa 4.5 lei si nu e tocmai cea mai proasta bere din lume. Daca vrei ceva mai scump si mai bun, gasesti si sticle intre 7-10 lei, inclusiv bere la halba nefiltrata. In materie de pizza, meniul e ceva mai variat decat la salate. Gasesti in jur de 16 tipuri de pizza, pe care le primesti, ce-i drept, cam cu greutate. Si nu stim daca sa dam vina pe tempo-ul de lucru al staff-ului sau pe faptul ca pub-ul e mereu plin. Un punct forte este serviciul de livrare pentru acasa, care acopera complexele studentesti de prin preajma ( Grozavesti, Leu,Belvedere) si locatii precum Gara de Nord, Crangasi, Militari, Giulesti, Drumul Taberei. http://www.club-21.ro/livrari.html 2 Dumars Cu o reputaţie fără cusur, Dumars îi atrage pe studenţi cu intrare gratuită (în baza carnetului de student), animatoare sexy, prezentări de modă, petreceri tematice. Pentru rezervări nu se percepe nici un fel de tarif. Dumars are de aqsemenea si cafenea, iar preturile sunt accesibile. http://dumars.ro/ 3 Pub18 Un loc ideal pentru servit masa. Pub 18 este o terasă la care poţi mânca o pizza de calitate (11-17 lei), mititei delicioşi (2,6 lei) şi salate de toate felurile (11-17 lei). Berea care însoţeşte mâncarea se vinde cu preţuri cuprinse între 4,8 şi 10 lei. http://www.pub18.ro 4 Blue Club Cel mai popular club din Regie. Recent renovat si redecorat. Preturi mici, cele mai sexy animatoare, DJ, distractie, atmosfera placuta, iar preturile studentesti. Intrarea pentru studenţi e gratuită până la miezul nopţii, iar distracţia e condimentată cu recitaluri susţinute de artişti români şi străini. http://www.princessclub.ro/ 6 Trattoria 20 Trattoria 20 este o combinatie unica de bucatarie italiana, bucatarie traditionala romaneasca, decor rafinat si preturi accesibile. Este locul perfect pentru a bea cafeaua dimineata, pentru a lua pranzul sau pentru a petrece seara in compania prietenilor. Un local elegant în care, găseşti cea mai bună cafea din oraş. Studenţii care vin aici apreciază sortimentele de cafea Illy şi ciocolata caldă, dar găsiţi fără probleme şi răcoritoare, şi bere. Preţurile cafelei: între 6 şi 8 lei. 8 Taboo Club Dacă ai talent la cântat, atunci Taboo e locul în care ar trebui să-l exersezi. Clubul organizează seri de karaoke unice, dar şi petreceri private. De asemenea, petrecerile cu tematică din cursul săptămânii îţi pot aduce băuturi gratuite, promoţii şi premii. http://club-taboo.ro/ 9 Arena Pub Un loc dedicat exclusiv ultraşilor şi celor care vor sa vadă diverse evenimente sportive. Au loc şi seri de karaoke aici si multe alte evenimente 10 Roxy Pub E mai degrabă un restaurant, decât un pub. Aici poţi să mănânci preparate variate din bucătăria românească, dar şi pizza. Preţurile sunt studenţeşti, aşa că, dacă ţi-e foame, nu te gândi de două ori înainte să iei o decizie. 11 La Maria şi Ion "Măria şi Ion" vă aşteaptă cu preparate româneşti savuroase şi cu băutură bună din belşug, în fiecare zi, de luni până duminică, programul restaurantului fiind non-stop. Avem seri cu muzică live, orchestra de lăutari reuşind de fiecare dată să îi scoată la dans pe meseni, dar şi seri în care suntem suporteri şi urmărim live pe ecrane meciurile Naţionalei sau meciuri din campionatul intern sau din campionate străine. Sport şi jocuri

1 IDM Club E un loc foarte căutat de studenţi pentru jocurile de bowling şi biliard. Adesea, IDM găzduieşte campionate de bowling. Tarifele variază între 30 şi 100 de lei pe oră, la bowling, şi între 7,5 şi 25 de lei pe oră, la biliard. 2 Texas Biliard (12-21 lei ora), bowling (30-65 lei ora), tenis de masă (10-15 lei ora), snooker (18-25 lei ora), darts (1 leu fisa), jocuri electronice, toate sub acelaşi acoperiş. Cocktailurile se vând cu 11,8-13,2 lei, răcoritoarele cu 4,2 lei, iar berea e între 4,8 şi 12,4 lei. 3 Sport Arena Situată în incinta Universităţii Politehnica, baza sportivă Sport Arena e dedicată studenţilor care vor să practice sporturi în timpul liber. Aici găsiţi un teren de minifotbal (80 lei ora), unul de fotbal (100 lei ora), două terenuri de baschet/tenis (60 lei ora). 4 Playground Paintball Club Situat pe Şos. Grozăveşti nr. 84, parcul de distracţii în aer liber e ideal pentru o partidă de paintball cu colegii. Primiţi echipament de „joacă" şi plătiţi în funcţie de câte bile cu vopsea trageţi (25 de bani bucata).

Regie General Presentation The Regie campus, is the largest student dormitory in Bucharest, and consists of 33 buildings, of which 6 belong to the University of Bucharest(called U’s) and the rest belong to the Politehnica University (called P’s). The Regie campus is regarded more like a neighborhood than a student campus everywhere it is mentioned. The Regie campus is located in the western part of Bucharest, along the Dâmboviţa River starting from the Basarab overpass (Orhideea) as far as the Petrache Poenaru metro station, somewhere between the Politehnica University of Bucharest and Crângaşi neighborhood. It is an area that is not so crowded, whit a pretty intense nightlife, that is not so noisy, that also contributed to the development of the student life. Cut a long story short it has everything for everyone: pubs, fast-food, restaurants, clubs, cafes, police department, ATM’s, medical  center, barber shop and supermarkets.
Dormitories:

There are 27  dormitories that belong to the Politehnica University and another 6 (U’s from U1 to U6) that belong to the Faculty of Medicine Carol Davila. They do not have a specific alignment (strategically speaking) so they are scattered throughout the campus. Each dormitory has 5 levels, no elevator, they are thermally insulated and painted with 2 colors(pink and brick red) and double glazed windows in each room.
P1 to P11 dormitories have rooms with 4 beds and a bathroom. Also they have a small hallway when entering the room. 
P13, P14, P17 and P18 dormitory’s have 4 beds, the same as the above except that the bathroom is down the hall.
The  dormitories P15,P16 and from P21 to P27 have 2 beds and the bathroom down the hall.
The  dormitories P12 and P19 are sort of an exception because they are intended for foreign students and teachers that come from other areas of the country. The rooms have 2 beds and a bathroom. P19 also has an air conditioning unit in every room.
All the dormitories have also a security point where are usually 1, 2 guards or in some cases even more to ensure the peace and security of the students. You can also stay in the  dormitories during the summer time(if you are a student of course) with a fee of 10 LEI per day. The dormitories are paid behind the P6 dormitory.
In the Regie campus there are 3 small shops with an average diversity of products, what I mean is that you can find something that you need. At some articles the prices are almost double of what you think a normal price should be. One of the stores is Florady that is behind the p7 dormitory, anther one is near P17 and the 3rd is in the passageway from P4. All the shops are open non-stop.

1. Club 21 http://www.club-21.ro As expected the menu is for students meaning that is cheap and very filling. A salad costs an average of 10LEI, and for a pizza you have to pay about 12-13 LEI. You can choose from eight types of salads, we liked the Mexican salad. If we talk about beer, the cheapest costs 4.5 LEI. If you want something more expensive and better you can find beer bottles in the 7 to 10 LEI range, including unfiltered beer. In terms of pizza, the menu is a little more varies than in salads. They have 16 types of pizza. A strong point is given for the home delivery service that covers the complexes around(Grozavesti, Leu, Belvedere) and other near locations such as Gara de Nord, Crangasi, Militari, Giulesti, Drumul Taberei. http://www.club-21.ro/livrari.html

11. Sport Arena

Located inside the Politehnica University, the Sports Arena is dedicated to students who want to play sports in their free time. Here you will find a mini-football field (80 LEI per hour), one football field (100 LEI per hour), two basketball / tennis fields (60 LEI per hour).

1. Playground Paintball Club Located on Grozăveşti street no. 84, the outdoor amusement park is ideal for a game of painball with colleagues and friends. You receive “play” equipment and pay according to how many paintballs you shoot (25 BANI per piece).
