JSIFlashModule NRE when swapping vessels #671

Discovered testing MAS with an RPM IVA in one vessel and a MAS vessel in another.

[EXC 13:21:03.048] NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object
    JSI.JSIFlashModule+<FlashCoroutine>d__0.MoveNext ()
    UnityEngine.SetupCoroutine.InvokeMoveNext (IEnumerator enumerator, IntPtr returnValueAddress)

Spawned / started on the RPM IVA, switched to the MAS vessel, and this NRE fired in RPM.
