Added the Ascendant Protector seasonal armor perk from this season, as well as changed the reuseablePlugSetHash to make artifice armor work this season

The most specific report says that d2ap didn't detect GoA artifice class items. I only had some duality, ghosts, and spire artifice that I could test with
