add discord bot to interact with several discord servers. The bot must works with several discord servers (guild) on the same database.

the following commands are mandatory:

/tomorrow - this one display information (color, and if the server will be up or down) on the next day
/add_derogation - this one add a derogation with this user for next day
/remove_derogation -this one remove the derogation for the user
/stat - display server power consumption with price

The bot should have too the following command :

/join - user that want to gain access to the services (and start to pay electricity)
/leave - user that want to remove its access to the services (and stop to pay electricity)

All slash commands can be renamed, this is just name propositions
