[Feature request] Play notification sound after adding Torrent

I have multiple monitors and the toast popup can be shown quite a bit away from the browser window, making it less useful as a way to confirm the torrent was added. It would be great if torrent-control offered a setting that allowed you to select an audio file to play when a torrent is successfully added and a different audio file for when adding failed.
