DVD playback can latch up on a particular movie - skip forwards / backward fixes #291

Issue in MPC-HC 1.64, with LAVFilters-0.54.1.exe.

I have a movie as a VIDEO_TS folder structure which will lock up always at a
certain point in the movie (after selecting play from the navigational menu)
If I skip past this point, and then return to where the failure occurs, it will
never occur again. If I return to the navigation menu, and play the movie
again, I see the same failure again.

I should add - the lockup is temporary (lasts about a minute) and then playback
carries on of its own accord.

I could make available the files privately - what would be a good way to do
this (it is a feature length movie).

If I use a non-LAV audio decoder (I have NVIDIA here, or the MPC-HC built in
decoders) the issue appears to go away.

Ok, the issue is more complicated than first imagined:

MPC-HC (MPC audio switcher enabled) + LAV video / Audio = FAIL
MPC-HC (MPC audio switcher enabled) + LAV video / NVIDIA Audio = FAIL
MPC-HC (MPC audio switcher disabled) + LAV video / Audio = FAIL
MPC-HC (MPC audio switcher disabled) + LAV video / NVIDIA Audio = OK!
MPC-HC (MPC audio switcher enabled) + Cyberlink Video / NVIDIA Audio = no
lockup, just a small video glitch at the same point.

I need some way to reproduce this to look at whats happening. Is this a
commercially available disc which i can possibly obtain somewhere?
