Configuration dialog cannot be fully shown on win7 x64 system

Describe the issue you're having:
I have installed the lav filter on win7 x32, winxp x64 and win7 x64 systems, 
only on win7 x64 system, configuration dialog cannot be fully shown. Please 
refer attachment.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
Just open the LAV configuration dialog.

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
v0.55.2

Please provide any additional information below.

Works fine for me. Sounds like something in your windows is making the dialogs 
smaller.
