IPTV stream: video frozen after 40 secs

Describe the issue you're having:
I'm using mpc-hc with lavfilters. I currently have IPTV services at home 
through Imagenio. When I try to open any channel using the corresponding IP 
address (rtp), I can see that channel for about 40 seconds. Then the image gets 
frozen and after a while the player switches to paused status.

How can the issue be reproduced? Sample File?
I can reproduce the problem each time I test, but I guess you don't have access 
to the Imagenio TV platform. I tryed recording a ts file from another player 
that worked correctly, but when I opened the ts file from mpc-hc everything 
worked fine. 
I have compiled a debug version and I attached a sample of the output (I 
removed some mpc-hc messages for clarity). I hope this could be useful for 
clarifying what is happening.

What version of the product are you using? In which Player?
This happens in all versions I tested (since rtp was supported).

Please provide any additional information below.
Filter graph:
lav splitter -> lav video (h.264) -> madVR 
(I tested with different decoders and renderers with the same result). VLC 
works correctly.

Any ideas on what could be happening? Please let me know if you need any 
further information.

The log doesn't show anything useful why the video would freeze.

Just as a suggestion, recording a packet log of the session with wireshark 
might be useful, if there's some way of "playing back" the packet log on 
nevcairiel's end to reproduce the issue.  Analyzing the packet log directly 
might be of some use too.
