Changed the theme settings to bring it closer to theme_gray settings

This should make future maintenance of these settings easier. Also fixes #23

Noticeable changes:

• Spacing is similar to theme_gray, the default ggplot2 theme
• Titles, legends, captions, etc are no longer in bold by default
