Need to review the accessibility score from dev tools audit and plan improvements.

[x] Move 'skip to content' buttons to earlier in tabindex and removed the tabindex attribute.
[x] Add a 'skip to content' button to the 'places' route.
[x] Reword the 'skip to content' to 'skip to search' on the homepage.

Added aria-labels to unlabelled inputs on the homepage to aid with identification for assistive technology users.
