Places route is case sensitive with fallback placename to postcode search #106

With further testing realised the places route is also case sensitive for landing pages. Not noticed earlier as my browser was autocompleting to the lowercase search.

To do:

Add test for places using upper and lower case strings.
Add processing of searched strings to pass tests.
